When is my payment due?
Rent payments are typically due on the 1st of each month. Please refer to your lease agreement for specific due dates. Late fees may apply after the grace period.
How long does it take for my payment to process?
ACH/eCheck payments typically take 2-3 business days to clear. We recommend making ACH payments at least 3 days before your due date.
Is there a fee for using the payment portal?
Yes, there is a $1 convenience fee for using the payment portal.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! Autopay is available upon enrolling and creating a username and login. Once enrolled, you can set up recurring automatic payments and one-time payments through the payment portal. Contact our office for assistance with setting up autopay.
